Currently, we have approximately 35 staff on our team with a wide range of experience and skills to ensure we can successfully deliver on any project. A very high average employment duration of ten (10) years signifies the devotion, reliability, experience and commitment that customers can expect us to provide on every job we undertake.

We understand that the personal and professional improvement of our team is imperative in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and thus the success of our business. We therefore invest in our staff through comprehensive training programs, mentoring and coaching. The rewards of this philosophy are inevitably shared with customers through increased satisfaction and better quality service. Our administration office is based in Dar es Salaam whilst our operations are currently in Songea, Mwanza, Korogwe, Arusha, Mahenge, Moshi, Morogoro, Tanga, Mtwara, Mbeya and Dar es Salaam.
All Departments within our company provide service and support within a team environment which allows us to meet our company objectives. NORDIC Construction’s organizational structure focuses on five functional areas:
NORDIC Construction Company is led by Norbert S. Leone who holds the position of Managing Director.
The Managing Director has a representative from each functional area who reports directly to him and serve as members of the Management Committee. Each functional area is led by an individual Manager, with the exception of Tendering/Estimating and Operations for which one Manager leads both functional areas within their assigned location. This allows for greater synergy between these two functional areas. The Managing director is responsible for the overall management of the company in consultation with other directors.
The company has a wide range of sound, technical and competence staff ranging from engineers to artisans, including the four directors, who are managing the firm. Time to time staff training programs are conducted to update our staffs with new procedures, techniques and skills to solve different challenges emerging in our construction industry.
